		<description><![CDATA[I definitely find it hard to find vegetarian meals that aren&#039;t pasta-based and that still fill me up.  I&#039;m not usually a big beet fan..but with all of these salty flavors I&#039;d be pretty damn content.  That first photo is just gorgeous!]]></description>
