Boston Food Scene: Foumami

Amongst the delis and bar + grills in the Financial District is this gem of a sandwich shop.  But unlike the traditional subs and wraps available in the area, Foumami provides something different:  Tofu with Pepper Sauce, Spicy Pork, Bibimbap and Sesame Noodle Salad.

To read more about Foumami, check out my post over at the Boston Magazine food blog, The Chowder.

All of the great restaurants are too far away… and yet sort of close. Someday :)

Wish we had a place like Foumami nearby. The sesame noodles and bibimbap salad look fantastic.

Well, I guess we can visit next time we’re in town, huh? It was SO SO good to finally meet you. I can’t wait until we can connect again. You need to get down to Austin, ASAP. Thank you again for everything sweet friend. Please do send me your mailing address when you get the chance. XOXO

Having lived in Boston and gone out to eat all the time – I’m sad that I did not try this place out! Especially since they have bubble tea… I have a bubble tea obsession! :)

I love that you cover all these Boston gems, some of which would hardly get the notice they deserve. And some of those dishes sound fantastic. And that noodle salad? Ridonk.
